Shipping

-Domestic Shipping:
 All domestic shipments are sent with Signature Confirmation to ensure secure delivery.

-International Shipping:
International packages are shipped according to the method selected by the customer.

-Import Taxes and Duties: International purchases may be subject to local customs taxes, which are payable by the customer. OOZA Jewelry is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties associated with international deliveries.

-Liability:
OOZA Jewelry is not liable for:
Lost shipments when delivery tracking indicates the item has been delivered.
Delays caused by the customer being unavailable to receive the package.

Returns

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or if the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., incorrect size, metal, or stone). Custom orders, including those with personalized stones, metals, sizes, engravings or designs, are non-refundable.

  1. Return Process:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description of the issue and high-quality photographs for approval.
    • Returns must be pre-approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
    • Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all packaging and documentation intact.
  2. Shipping for Returns:

    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping, including full-value insurance and signature confirmation.
    • OOZA Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  3. Handcrafted Items:

    • Handcrafted items may have slight variations in texture, finish, or color. These are part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.
    • Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, the actual color of the item may vary slightly from photos.
  4. Processing Time:

    • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Important: Refunds are only provided for items that meet the return criteria. Worn, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or refunded.

Cancelation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours without incurring fees.
After 12 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Damages and warranty

Warranty Period: You have 1 month from the date of delivery to inspect your jewelry and contact us if any issues arise.

Limitations: We are not responsible for issues arising from the customer’s attempts to fix or clean jewelry by themselves using chemicals, abrasive tools, or other improper methods. Such actions will void the warranty.

Extended Care Options: For additional servicing needs, contact us, and we’ll assist you in maintaining your jewelry’s beauty and functionality.

Material Note: Minor scratches are a natural occurrence over time and do not constitute a defect.
