product is fine, customer service was nonexistant

etsy listing did not include the size i needed. their profile says to message their instagram with any inquiries, which i did, never got a response. found that the size was listed on their website, so ordered from there, even though it costs $100 MORE on their site. listing said ships in 5-8 days took almost a month to recieve it. ring was packed inside 6 layers of packaging, in a giant box. extremely wasteful and unnecessary. pictures don't show that the ring is hollow on the inside. very expensive for a hollow ring. this is my partner's wedding ring and ultimately they enjoy the product, but i'm dissatisfied with the customer service and inaccurate listing.
